Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in studio management or a similar role within the media production industry.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and terminology.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all studio bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and conflict resolution.
• Manage communication with clients and internal teams, providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless production experience.
• Lead and coordinate the production support team, including daily task management and staffing schedules.
• Maintain and oversee studio equipment, ensuring all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded as needed.
• Handle financial administration related to studio operations, including tracking expenses and managing budgets up to $225K.
