Experis Technology Group is seeking a Production Studio Manager in New York City to oversee studio bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation at a state-of-the-art facility. You will lead a production support team, manage client communications, and maintain equipment to ensure a seamless, high-quality production experience.

The role calls for strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, with a proactive mindset to optimize operations and budgets up to $225K in a fast-paced media

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Film, Television, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in studio management or similar role in media production.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and terminology.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all studio bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and conflict resolution.
• Manage communication with clients and internal teams, providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless production experience.
• Lead and coordinate the production support team, including daily task management and staffing schedules.
• Maintain and oversee studio equipment, ensuring assets are properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
• Handle financial administration related to studio operations, including tracking expenses and managing budgets up to $225K.
