Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Proven studio management experience in media production.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for planning and optimization.
• Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and reports in PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging booking/resource systems to optimize workflow.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing production assistants.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage studio bookings and scheduling to maximize utilization and communicate changes to clients and teams.
• Generate quarterly scorecards and utilization reports using data to identify efficiencies.
• Oversee production assistants and coordinate daily tasks, workflow, and staffing.
• Bridge internal teams and external partners to ensure high service standards and project success.
• Partner with Equipment Manager to maintain studio assets and oversee end-to-end workflow.
• Track studio-related expenses and maintain accurate financial records within approval thresholds.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready studio environment and enforce policies with external partners.
• Coordinate site logistics, including freight, courier deliveries, and COI verification.
