K18 Hair is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to join our Creative Team. This role focuses on production operations, studio coordination, and admin support to keep photo, video, and content shoots on schedule from planning through delivery.

You’ll have room to grow into art direction and creative development as you gain experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, asset management, and on‑set support to ensure smooth shoots.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production coordination, creative operations, or project management (agency, production company, or brand–side).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with photo/video shoots, content capture workflows, and fast‑paced creative environments.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Monday).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting in real time.

Responsibilities

• Production Coordination — Support the sr. director of production, creative + content and Creative Team across all stages of production, including scheduling, timelines, vendor communication, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Admin & Workflow Management — Maintain production documents, trackers, call sheets, POs, invoices, and approvals. Manage product needs by coordinating with Packaging and ensuring teams receive the right assets at the right time.
• Pre‑Production Logistics — Assist with location research, talent/glam coordination, studio prep, product inventory, and equipment needs.
• Creative research, inspiration organization, and reference pulls.
• On‑Set Support — Organize shoot logistics (studio bookings, product kits, wardrobe/shipping, catering, transport) and help maintain smooth on‑set operations.
• Asset Management — Track, label, organize, and distribute selects and final deliverables; support post‑production timelines and file needs.
• Vendor & Agency Coordination — Assist with contracting, onboarding, POs, invoicing, scheduling, and asset transfers with external partners.
• Studio Operations — Support the development and day‑to‑day functioning of an in‑house studio as it scales.
