Job summary

Havenly Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support our production team across photoshoots, campaigns, events and retail activations.

You’ll coordinate call sheets, schedules, permits, COIs and contracts, manage samples and props, and help ensure shoots run smoothly. The role requires highly organized, proactive hands-on professionals comfortable juggling multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a production, studio, marketing or creative operations role.
• Experience supporting photo and/or video production, including coordinating logistics and vendors.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and project-management tools (e.g., Asana or Airtable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including call sheets, schedules, permits and contracts.
• Support on-set operations for shoots, coordinating talent, crew, products and props to stay on schedule.
• Manage incoming/outgoing samples, props and assets, ensuring shoot-readiness.
• Maintain production workflows and track budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers and partners to meet production needs.
