Job summary

HUSTL Media in Las Vegas is seeking production coordinators who serve as the organizational backbone of shoots — coordinating logistics, scheduling, crew communication, and client liaison to keep the production on track from the first call sheet to final wrap.

Our coordinators handle crew scheduling, vendor negotiations, location logistics, permits, budget tracking, and clear, proactive communication with clients and crew to ensure every department stays aligned and on schedule.

Qualifications

Production coordinators manage logistics, scheduling, crew communication and client liaison.
Experience coordinating multiple crews, locations, vendors and deadlines is required.
Deep knowledge of Las Vegas vendors, venues and permitting is a plus.
