Agate is offering a paid internship in Bandung to support studio operations and recruit external developers. You will help document SOPs, coordinate schedules, manage resources, and assist in administrative tasks such as creating MSAs, POs, and invoices.

You will work with Studio Directors and teams to report on projects, identify operational challenges, and propose practical solutions in a fast-paced game development environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring and improving studio operational workflows, documenting SOPs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support end-to-end operational processes, including schedule coordination, resource and asset management, smooth team communication, and task allocation.
• Handle end-to-end External Developer recruitment, including data sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and conducting structured interviews, acquisition reporting, and operating within ATS and automation systems according to SOPs.
• Prepare and process administrative and financial documentation such as MSA, PO, LoA, PKS, invoices, and other related documents, while maintaining accurate digital filing and data management.
• Collaborate closely with teams, supervisors, and Studio Directors to support ongoing projects, meetings, reporting, and operational decision-making, while proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
