FP Movement is seeking a strategic and highly operational Studio Manager to lead the Studio teams across our multi-location store network in Los Angeles. This role oversees the development of Studio Managers, translates brand vision into actionable operating standards, and drives consistency, accountability, and excellence across the studio experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in multi-unit operations or studio/fitness management.
• Experience managing managers and developing teams.
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel between studio locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Own operational consistency across the studio network and local character.
• Develop and implement studio standards, processes and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure studios are staffed, organized and equipped for high-quality experiences.
• Support and develop Studio Managers across locations.
• Oversee instructor relationships, recruiting, onboarding and development.
• Evolve programming to reflect customer feedback and community needs.
• Activate local communities and connect programs with brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute private events and experiential spaces across studios.
• Translate company priorities into actionable studio plans and strategies.
• Identify trends, challenges and opportunities for scaling the network.
