Job summary

FP Movement in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Creative Director to lead the conceptualization and execution of the FP Movement brand image across all divisions. You will guide photography and styling teams and partner daily with Marketing to evolve how the brand shows up visually.

The role demands strong leadership, a proven track record in brand storytelling, and the ability to manage budgets and cross‑functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading creative and studio teams.
• BA, BFA, MA, or MFA in Arts/Fine Arts or similar.
• DTC experience.
• Able to manage a fast-paced environment and campaigns at all levels.
• Leadership experience in growing, scaling, and developing teams.
• AI or digital creation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal direction for brand photography and styling.
• Represent brand imagery in cross-divisional meetings.
• Collaborate to build unique shoot concepts reflecting seasonal trends.
• Oversee homepage and lookbook editing for imagery.
• Direct production planning across studio and editorial imagery.
