Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects through in-person, phone, email, and text communication.
• Generate membership sales through lead follow-up, relationship-building, referrals, and community outreach.
• Support studio goals for membership, revenue, and retention.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain understanding of memberships, pricing, promotions, and studio offerings.
