Job summary

Traction Wellness Group in San Francisco's SweatHouz The Marina is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager who runs the floor, leads intros, closes memberships, and keeps the private suites and plunges pristine for every guest.

You will train with the Studio Manager and take charge on duty, with expectations of open availability, a 25%+ closing rate, and a hands-on approach to inventory, health checks, and operational standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing fitness/wellness
• Experience leading or training others is a plus
• Open availability across all seven days, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Plunge health: daily checks, logs, and water chemistry.
• Inventory management for toiletries, beverages, and cleaning supplies.
• Shift execution: coverage, front desk, calls and follow-ups, suite turnover.
• Intro quality: run great intros and audit Sales Associates’ intros.
• Team development: onboarding and ongoing training.
• Operational standards: deep cleans, suite condition, and maintenance.
