Job summary

West Coast Fitness, LLC in Lafayette, CA, is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Studio Manager and lead the Sales Associate team. You will handle daily studio operations, client onboarding, and front-desk responsibilities while promoting a friendly, energetic environment for members and guests.

The ideal candidate has leadership and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a workplace
• Sales experience with quota-bearing structure preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Functional computer skills (Microsoft Office), data entry, and reporting
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily
• Own responsibility for all studio operational tasks, including lead and inventory management
• Perform telephone inquiries and follow-up calls
• Host studio tours with prospects and members
• Greet members and guests warmly to foster a positive environment
• Participate in 1–2 scheduled workouts per week
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Respond to member requests and concerns promptly
• Ensure onboarding of members via Client Intake and Membership forms
• Attend relevant training programs, events, and meetings
