The role emphasizes coaching, floor management, and problem-solving to maintain smooth check-in/out and session flow, while escalating issues and supporting strategic staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a satisfactory background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work weekend hours during busy season
• Flexible, with a team player mentality; Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on ideas and initiatives
• Professional demeanor at all times with both customers and team members
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Able to lead, supervise, and/or manage team members

Responsabilités

• Support in strategy and execution of strategy toward achieving revenue and retail goals
• Interact with customers to contribute to an amazing experience
• Recruit, train, and develop the studio team
• Assist with creating the schedule and approving time cards
• Problem solving issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) and taking action for prevention
• Ensure the flow of traffic on the studio floor is running smoothly
