Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hospitality, fitness, or retail leadership.
• Available for weekends and holidays with open hours.
• Warm, reliable, and exceptionally organized with clear written and verbal communication.
• Confident learning and running our booking and POS system.
• Calm and decisive under pressure as final contact for urgent issues.
• Comfortable with front-desk and studio-care tasks and staying on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Studio Crew on every shift and set the member experience standard.
• Ensure smooth operations from open to close.
• Serve as on-site point person for decisions or escalations.
• Handle urgent inquiries across email, phone, and text.
• Reset rooms, manage equipment, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with check-ins, class sign-ins, and bookings.
• Maintain inventory and update signage as needed.
