• Customer service and communication skills with a member-facing focus.
• Ability to present concepts clearly and engage store visitors.
• Experience in selling memberships or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Answer phones and manage front desk tasks.
• Give studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Address member concerns professionally with a focus on resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
