Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is seeking a Studio Manager to run daily front-of-house studio operations and lead a high-energy sales team. You will drive membership and retail sales, mentor staff, and coordinate events to achieve KPIs while upholding premium customer service and brand standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Experience in quota-bearing sales environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new hires.
• Train, develop, and coach sales staff in various sales techniques.
• Manage sales staff workflow and drive in-studio contests and incentives.
• Ensure front desk processes: member check-in, inquiries, registrations, cash handling.
• Maintain high customer service standards and studio cleanliness.
