Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and lead the sales team. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding membership, retail, and concession sales, while coaching staff and maintaining premium customer service.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager on staff development, studio events, and adherence to company policies to ensure a high-energy, branded studio experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Previous sales leadership and customer service experience.
• Experience working in a quota bearing structure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new hires.
• Train and coach sales staff with Regional Sales & Ops Manager.
• Manage and oversee sales staff workflow throughout the day.
• Drive in-studio contests and incentive programs to meet goals.
• Ensure front desk processes: check-in, inquiries, registrations, cash handling, and document scanning.
• Maintain premier customer service across all team interactions.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and sanitation to standard.
