Studs Irvine Studio is seeking a Studio Supervisor to manage daily studio operations, open/close procedures, and lead floor activities while ensuring a consistent Studs customer experience.

The role emphasizes maturity, ownership, and leadership by example, with responsibilities spanning staffing support, safety adherence, and brand standards adherence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Availability for up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday) and full-time commitment to Studs.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and handles opening/closing procedures.
• Supports visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to balance sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations.
