Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant in Huntersville to support Interior Designers and manage store-level operations. You will collaborate with Studio staff to drive sales and ensure an outstanding guest experience while upholding company standards.

You will assist with opening/closing, hour tracking, and communications; maintain product knowledge and support merchandising efforts. This role emphasizes teamwork, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to open and close store operations.
• Record and verify hours worked.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Record all hours worked accurately.
• Review email and MAPP communications.
• Reinforce exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Assist customers in the studio when designers are unavailable.
• Drive a guest-focused atmosphere and high service levels.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain operational and reporting standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Follow up with guests before and after sale and delivery.
• Support Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager on merchandising and inventory control.
