Job summary

Stretch Zone Gastonia is seeking a dependable Front Desk & Studio Operations Manager to own the day-to-day studio operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth operations while supporting practitioners.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about health and wellness, with experience in customer service and a willingness to own responsibilities across the studio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable communicating with clients in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and prospective clients in person and by phone.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and openings.
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients about memberships and sessions.
• Monitor accounts for missed payments and session utilization.
• Maintain accurate client information in studio systems.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, restocking, and opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate maintenance or inventory needs to ownership.
• Support practitioners with scheduling and client communication.
