Job summary

Stretch Zone Gastonia seeks a dependable Front Desk & Studio Operations Manager to own daily studio operations. You’ll coordinate client scheduling, manage inquiries, and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest in a wellness-focused environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and proactive communication to support practitioners and deliver seamless service. Previous front desk or wellness industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk operations, or wellness settings.
• Strong scheduling and appointment management skills.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and prospects, in person and on the phone.
• Manage calls, voicemails, questions, daily scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and openings.
• Follow up with new leads and clients, scheduling introductions and following up on opportunities.
• Monitor client accounts, past-due balances, scheduling needs, and utilization.
• Maintain accurate client information in studio systems.
• Oversee studio cleanliness, organization, restocking, and daily operations.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and facility needs; communicate maintenance needs.
• Support practitioners with scheduling and client communications.
• Report client concerns and operational needs to ownership as appropriate.
• Ensure day-to-day studio tasks are completed without reminders.
