Stretch Zone Gastonia is seeking a dependable Front Desk & Studio Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our studio. You’ll manage scheduling, client communications, and maintain a warm, efficient studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations or management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first contact for clients in person and on the phone.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and openings.
• Follow up with new leads and prospective clients about intro stretches and memberships.
• Monitor accounts, payments, and schedule utilization; maintain client records.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, restocking, and readiness for daily operations.
• Support practitioners with scheduling and client communication.
