Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Client Services Manager to join the Studio Operations and Services team in Brooklyn, NY. You will manage day-to-day production support, onboarding/offboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and organizational excellence to handle complex, fast-paced production environments with a focus on client satisfaction and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in entertainment campus operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, even under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operational needs of productions.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for productions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with Production Services and cross-functional teams to align production activities.
• Support ancillary billing operations using Xytech/Media Pulse to ensure timely processing.
• Oversee production-related repair and maintenance requests and communicate needs promptly.
• Coordinate production move-ins and move-outs, and oversee ancillary production needs.
• Provide logistical support for on-site events to ensure successful execution.
• Lead initiatives to maintain strong client relationships and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage client appreciation events.
• Conduct production and studio tours for clients and internal teams.
