Based in Brooklyn, NY, the role oversees day-to-day production support, onboarding/off-boarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations and strong client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes proactive leadership, organization, and effective communication, with responsibilities across billing support, repairs, and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in entertainment-specific campus operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational needs of productions, ensuring service excellence.
• Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes for productions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with Production Services and cross-functional teams to align activities.
• Support billing operations using Xytech/Media Pulse for accurate processing.
• Oversee production repair and maintenance requests with CAPEX & OPEX input.
