Job summary

Austin Fitness Group is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate in Austin, TX. You will support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience, guiding tours, presenting membership options, and driving enrollment.

You will work with the studio team to hit sales goals, stay organized, and communicate across in-person, phone, email, and text channels. A high school diploma and 0–1 year in customer service or sales are preferred, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience for all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required member documentation and records using company systems.
• Conduct studio tours, clearly communicate membership options, and answer questions about programs and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by executing outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
