Job summary

BODYROK is opening a new studio in Mt. Juliet, TN, and seeks a Studio Advisor to deliver exceptional service, drive memberships, and support instructors. The role offers an hourly base plus commission, a dynamic team, and a fast-paced studio environment.

You’ll greet members, handle check-ins, manage inquiries, and actively promote memberships and packages. Prior customer service or sales experience and comfort with MindBody software are preferred; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
Must be available to work either a weekly Saturday or a Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

Check-in members and guests and ensure procedures are followed.
Create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries.
Promote specials to current and future guests and reach out via email for opportunities.
Promote and sell merchandise; manage front desk presence and cleanliness.
Provide high-level customer service and resolve member issues.
Tour potential members and connect them with services and amenities.
Update logs and ensure payments and billing questions are addressed.
