Orangetheory Fitness Langhorne is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will assist with member engagement, tours, and sales of memberships while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will mentor Sales Associates, coordinate outreach and events, and help drive membership growth through friendly service, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–1 year in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Present membership options, programs, and benefits clearly.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.

• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
