Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills is expanding its leadership team. We are seeking enthusiastic Directors and Assistant Directors who love yoga and can manage studios, budget, payroll, inventory, and staff training. A 200-hour RYT certificate is required, and candidates must teach a scheduled lineup (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required. You will work full-time, with shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends, and enjoy benefits

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Tracking studio budget and addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Processing payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts.
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We’re looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
