Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga, a premier hot yoga studio, is growing its management team and seeking enthusiastic Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff, maintaining studio operations, and ensuring peak-hour coverage while leading staff and delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 200-hour RYT certificate and able to teach scheduled classes (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
• Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train teachers and front desk staff.
• Work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
• Be present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Track studio budget.
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Process payroll.
• Oversee inventory.
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts.
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings.
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
