Perspire Sauna Studio Georgetown is seeking an energetic Assistant Studio Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive membership sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

The role offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly rate or salary based on experience, plus commissions and performance-based incentives within a fast-growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, spa, or customer service preferred.
• Proven track record in membership or retail sales and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and developing staff.
• Provide regular coaching to achieve sales and service goals.
• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.
• Drive membership and package sales through consultative guest conversations and relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and build long-term member relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and operational standards across the studio.
