Job summary
The Gleamery is redefining dentistry with spa-like studios and innovative dental care. We seek an Assistant Studio Manager for Studio City to lead guest care, operations, and team performance.
You will drive daily studio operations, coach a caring team, and help grow guest engagement and revenue across GleamFit services and retail. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-excellence environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced studio operations.
- Committed to excellence, integrity, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and facility upkeep.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage inquiries, bookings, and guest concerns.
- Lead, coach, and develop Care Coordinator and Clinical teams; model accountability and collaboration.
- Drive revenue through consultations, packages, and retail, while optimizing scheduling and guest flow.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Studio Manager and cross-functional teams to launch initiatives and improvements.
