Job summary

The Gleamery, a growing national brand, seeks an Assistant Manager to drive studio operations and guest satisfaction in its Southern California studios. You will lead the Care Coordinator team, support clinical operations, and partner with the Studio Manager to execute the studio's vision.

In this role, you will coach teams, manage daily workflows, and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences, loyalty, and revenue through excellent service and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, security, and operating protocols across guest touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for cleanliness and guest care.
• Monitor scheduling quality and service delivery for consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors and Support Office to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor Care Coordinator and Clinical teams; provide performance feedback.
