Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1128 in Edmond, OK is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to helping members experience practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will coach Sales Associates, manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, ensure excellent member service, and maintain a clean, welcoming studio that reflects our culture of excellence, accountability, and care.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort and care.
• Lead by example—coach Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value ofStretch Zone.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily/monthly goals are met.
• Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
