Job summary

Stretch Zone in Oklahoma City is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences with practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, coach Sales Associates, manage schedules, handle phones, and ensure KPIs, daily and monthly goals are met.

The role emphasizes a culture of excellence, accountability, and service, with competitive pay including base + commission and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with P&L and basic financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio for members each day.
• Greet members, check in, and provide personalized service.
• Coach Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, follow up on appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating value of stretching.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure daily/monthly goals are met, addressing member questions with professionalism.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
