Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to enhance our members’ experience and be a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This full-time role leads studio operations and a sales-driven team to grow memberships.

You will interview, hire, and onboard new sales associates, manage P&Ls, create schedules, and execute marketing events while delivering outstanding member service in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred).
• Experience in a customer facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet/exceed membership goals and KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze and manage P&Ls and other financial statements.
• Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
• Exhibit an energetic, friendly demeanor and professional conduct.

Life of a Studio Manager at Orangetheory:

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
