Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to enhance member experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This full-time role leads the studio’s operations, sales efforts, hiring, and events, while fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere that motivates both staff and members.

The position emphasizes managing P&L, scheduling, and outreach activities, with opportunities for growth within a thriving fitness brand and a supportive regional leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience working in sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze and manage P&Ls and other financial statements.
• Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic, energetic, personable demeanor and handle member concerns professionally.
• Create and execute studio marketing and outreach events.
• Show passion for health and wellness in the community.
• Lead by example as a team player.

Life of a Studio Manager at Orangetheory:

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
