Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to enhance member experience and act as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This full‑time role in Pompano Beach, FL leads studio operations and a sales team to meet goals while maintaining top customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in sales/retail or fitness is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in sales, retail or fitness environment preferred.
• Customer facing role experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze and manage P&Ls and financial statements.
• Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, energetic, friendly demeanor with members.

Life of a Studio Manager at Orangetheory:

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
• Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
• Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates
• Analyzing and managing P&Ls and other financial statements
• Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
• Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Creating and executing studio marketing and outreach events
• Showing passion for health and wellness in the community
• Leading by example as a team player
