Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Florida is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to elevate member experiences and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. You will lead studio operations and a sales team toward membership goals and participate in hiring, onboarding, and financial oversight.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A growth mindset and community impact are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a sales, retail or fitness environment preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations with regional leadership support.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze P&Ls and financial statements.
• Create and manage sales team schedules and performance plans.
• Represent the studio with enthusiasm and professionalism to members and the community.
• Plan and execute studio marketing and outreach events.
• Plan marketing and outreach events.
• Show passion for health and wellness in the community.
• Lead by example as a team player.

Life of a Studio Manager at Orangetheory:

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
• Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
• Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates
• Analyzing and managing P&Ls and other financial statements
• Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
• Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Creating and executing studio marketing and outreach events
• Showing passion for health and wellness in the community
• Leading by example as a team player

Position Type:

Are you Qualified?

• 3-5 years of management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
