Job summary

SLT is looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our Back Bay studio in Boston. You will oversee operations, mentor instructors, and help expand SLT’s presence across the market by building strong community ties and partnerships.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll drive client acquisition and retention, recruit and develop your team, and ensure flawless execution of schedules and promotions across the studio.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fitness, wellness or retail a plus.
• Established local fitness network and group fitness experience.
• Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and react quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations and front desk team to deliver exceptional hospitality and drive performance.
• Develop the local Boston market through partnerships, events, and community engagement.
• Drive client acquisition and retention with personalized experiences and ongoing relationship-building.
• Optimize studio schedule, manage instructor allocations, and ensure on-time class delivery.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between marketing, operations, and instructors about promotions and schedule changes.
