Job summary

Rowan Inc. in Santa Rosa seeks a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations of the ear piercing studio, ensuring exceptional customer service, a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and alignment with Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards.

You will lead a small team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, manage inventory and scheduling, and partner with corporate on marketing and product launches while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (3–5 years) in a service-focused setting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of delivering memorable experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with selecting Rowan jewelry.
• Leadership & Team Management: lead, coach, and develop studio staff and ensure service standards; meet targets.
• Operations & Sales: oversee inventory, policies, visual merchandising, and sales performance.
• Training & Development: train and onboard new staff on procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
• Administrative Duties: prepare reports, manage budgets, and coordinate with corporate on marketing initiatives.
