Alloy Personal Training Boca Raton is seeking a Studio Manager to lead coaching and drive studio growth, blending hands-on coaching with sales, scheduling, and day-to-day management. This is a clear growth path: the right person will step into the Director of Training position within about six months as ownership opens a second Boca Raton location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching fitness or small group training in high-energy settings.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification or related degree; CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
• Strong communication and leadership; willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach small group sessions (10–15 hours/week) and conduct Starting Point Sessions.
• Build personalized training pathways and ensure client safety, progress and motivation.
• Lead by example on the floor with technical excellence and professionalism; train new coaches.
• Foster a positive studio culture and support hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff.
• Manage lead follow-up, phone sales, and Starting Point Session scheduling.
• Support marketing and community engagement, including events and referral campaigns.
• Grow and retain membership, with earning potential tied to member count; own scheduling for staff.
