Job summary

Alloy Personal Training in Naperville seeks an Assistant Studio Manager/Head Coach to lead coaching, support membership growth, and guide the coaching staff across three local studios. This is a leadership role that blends advanced coaching with business development, community engagement, and people development.

You will drive member experience, sales, retention, and local marketing while stepping into broader leadership as the network grows.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of training or leadership experience preferred.
Fitness sales and membership-development experience preferred.
Nationally recognized PT certification or related degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead high-quality small-group personal training sessions and provide exceptional coaching.
Coach, motivate, and build meaningful relationships with members.
Support the Studio Manager with daily leadership and operations.
Help convert prospective members through consultations and follow-up.
Support membership growth and retention initiatives.
Train, develop, and hold coaching staff accountable.
Participate in local community events and grassroots marketing.
Help establish studio goals and execute growth strategies.
