  • Build lasting client relationships that drive retention

  • Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating technical excellence and professionalism
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating studio culture
  • Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new coaches
  • Learn the full scope of studio leadership with the goal of stepping into the Director of Training role within about six months
  • Manage lead follow up, phone sales, and Starting Point Session scheduling

  • Support planning for challenges, events, and client celebrations
  • Handle the administrative work needed to keep the studio running smoothly day to day
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certified

  • Positive, motivating presence with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ready to move beyond full-time coaching into a role that blends coaching with management and sales
  • Teachable and growth-oriented, with genuine interest in growing into a Director role
  • Outgoing, empathetic, and able to inspire confidence in both clients and staff
