Job summary

Alloy Personal Training is seeking a Director of Training to blend sales leadership with coaching and studio operations. You’ll drive memberships, lead staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Success hinges on closing memberships and guiding a high-performing team.

The right candidate will have proven sales in fitness, strong leadership, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced studio environment. This is a full-time role reporting to the owner with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in fitness, gyms, or personal training.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, personable style.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Personal training certification a plus, but not required if sales experience is strong.

Responsibilities

• Run prospect consultations and follow-up.
• Manage full sales pipeline from leads to close.
• Convert trial clients to members.
• Track and report sales metrics weekly.
• Coach training sessions and retention touchpoints.
• Lead staff meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Oversee social media and local marketing campaigns.
• Run day-to-day studio operations and billing.
