Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio in Winston-Salem. You will drive daily operations, lead a small team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, and ensure a safe, celebratory customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, hitting sales targets, managing scheduling and payroll, and coordinating with corporate on marketing initiatives. Jewelry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience, preferably in a service-oriented setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and an inviting customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet targets and maintain coverage.
• Drive sales through optimized appointments, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Train new staff on Rowan procedures, safety standards, and product knowledge.
