Job summary

Heyday in Denver is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a profitable shop and deliver best-in-class client experiences. You will coach a 25+ member team, maintain an organized, drama-free workspace, and ensure the team has the tools to wow every client who walks in.

You lead operations front and back of house, drive revenue through scheduling and member programs, and partner with marketing to grow loyalty. This role reports to franchise leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning P&L and financial performance targets in health & wellness.
• Deep respect for and understanding of client experience drivers and hospitality.
• Proven track record working with hourly workforce.
• Beauty/Spa experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of employment law, policies, processes and programs.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to travel between Shops when needed.
• Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• College degree preferred.
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25+ members and foster ownership.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to clients, both internally and externally.
• Oversee all day-to-day tasks and operations from front of house to back of house.
• Build and foster relationships with employees and clients.
• Coordinate onsite and offsite Studio events, group events, and promotions.
• Administer performance reviews and manage client feedback.
• Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and shop utilization.
• Partner with Marketing to develop client acquisition and retention plans.
• Manage the studio P&L to increase revenue and manage expenses.
