Job summary

Heyday Skincare in New York seeks a Shop Manager to lead a 25+ person team and run a profitable shop with best-in-class hospitality. You’ll empower staff with the tools and information to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage day-to-day operations, and drive revenue through optimized scheduling and client programs.

You will partner with marketing and leadership to meet shop forecasts, while ensuring a welcoming, organized, drama-free environment that reflects the Heyday standard.

Qualifications

• Owns P&L and financial performance targets in health & wellness
• Focus on client experience drivers and hospitality
• Experience working with hourly staff is a plus
• Beauty or spa experience is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of employment laws, policies and processes
• Strong Excel/Sheets proficiency and data literacy

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 25+ team members to create a culture of ownership and results
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to clients
• Oversee day-to-day operations from front to back of house
• Build relationships with employees and clients; celebrate wins daily
• Identify and develop high-potential employees to build bench strength across roles
• Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and shop utilization
• Partner with Marketing for new client acquisition and retention
• Assist in managing shop P&L to control costs and increase revenue
