Job summary

Fierce45 is hiring a full-time Studio Manager to lead our Castle Rock and Greenwood Village studios. You will own the success of both studios: community, coaching team, client experience, and bottom line.

Split time between locations, growing membership, coaching classes, developing coaches, and ensuring a best-in-class Fierce experience in a 45-minute HIIT Pilates class. You will lead by example, uplift staff, build client connections, and use data to drive smart decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading studios or fitness/retail/hospitality teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to hit revenue goals and KPIs.
• Comfort using scheduling/POS software and reviewing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Castle Rock and Greenwood Village studios, managing P&L and operations.
• Coach a minimum of 12 classes per pay period across both studios.
• Be in studios 25–30 hours weekly, with 10–15 hours on outreach/partnerships.
• Drive new student conversion and member retention to grow revenue.
• Establish neighborhood partnerships to grow the Fierce community.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Perform coach reviews and provide feedback to coaches.
• Optimize class schedules for both studios.
• Report KPIs to VP of Sales & Marketing and track trends.
