Job summary

Momentic Studios is seeking a Studio Leader to oversee STRONG Pilates locations across the US with focus on revenue growth, sales leadership, and exceptional client experiences. This role requires a high-energy leader who can manage a large team and drive membership sales while maintaining operational excellence.

You will be responsible for P&L for the studio, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting, and will partner with shared services to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within health, wellness, or hospitality.
• 4+ years in sales.
• 3+ years in leadership positions.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee studio operations, revenue, and profitability.
• Inspire and manage a team of wellness professionals to deliver client experiences.
• Organize the sales function around members and leads.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient studio environment.
• Coordinate marketing networking events and community outreach.
• Monitor KPIs and report to upper management.
