Fierce45 in Westminster is seeking a part-time Studio Manager to lead our studio and cover a maternity leave. You will be the main in-studio presence, growing community and membership, coaching classes, developing coaches, and ensuring a best-in-class Fierce experience in a 45-minute, high-intensity Pilates class that is Hard. Qualifications

• Must reliably report to Westminster studio within ~20 minutes for scheduled shifts.
• Willing to work and coach a combination of early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Experience leading a team and driving revenue/budget goals preferred.
• Comfort with scheduling/POS software (MarianaTek) and reviewing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in management of the Westminster studio, including payroll, retail, and class sales.
• Coach a minimum of 12 classes per pay period.
• Spend 20–25 hours weekly in-studio, with 5–10 hours for outreach/meetings outside the studio.
• Drive new student conversion and member retention to grow revenue.
• Build community and partnerships in Erie, Broomfield, Westminster and surrounding areas.
• Address studio needs and elevate coaches to improve class attendance and retention.
• Assist onboarding, training, and development of new staff and part-time hires.
• Oversee client issues and ensure best-in-class customer experience.
